Great start to a new series. Micah goes for a one night stand only to find he's the the keeper of a Drakon's soul. Stavros has waited thousands of years for his soul mate, only to find him in a bar.Sounds like the typical erotic novel, doesn't it? But the writing is witty and snarky and the universe, while reminiscent of the Marius Brothers by Joyee Flynn, is clearly designed to set up a new erotic fantasy series.
Ok, yes - I wish the universe were a little more imaginative (Drakons who have turned to the 'dark' side and become demons are hunted by the Drakon brothers in this series). The Drakons eat real food as well as drink blood -- yep, pretty much the Marius Brothers.
But the writing is wonderful and it's not a little plot thrown in between sex scenes. I gave it 5 stars for the writing.

This is by far one of the best paranormal gay romance books I have ever read. Though written from a first person point of view, the story flows very well. Unlike some that I have read that leave ya confused about which perspective you are reading from. I just love this story, and hope the author writes about the other brothers too.
A new take on Vampires. There are plenty of laugh out loud funny moments. Sometimes I just wish they were longer to build the story then I just love the fact that Ms Glenn writes a lot of stories and am always up for a new take on the usual paranormal. Enjoyed it.
I have to admit, there's a certain charm in Stormy Glenn books. I, for one, cannot resist them and I know I'll keep reading them.
This was a cute book. It's hard for me to rate because I wanted to actually slap Micah a few times. He was funny, and really slutty, so he gave me a lot of laughs. Except, he was somehow this big bad warrior who could knock down his mate without breaking a sweat later in the book but ran screaming from a weaponless man earlier in the book. I was flabbergasted with that.
I'm not a fan of alternating first person POV, so the style wasn't exactly to my liking. But the story is fast paced and easy to read. We get to see playful, serious, angry and cute moments that made the story very appealing. The plot is interesting and a bit different with relation to how the brothers originated on Earth.
I was intrigued with the story, who the brothers were, their mission and how they acted. I would love to be able to read more about them.
I loved this. I am hoping this is a series. Starvco's brothers needs mates. I would want know horrors had happened to Marko.
It reminded of another favorite author I liked to read. It's the same kind of story but only steamier. The story was fast-paced. I would like to more of their world and how they began and their evil counterparts. I'm looking forward to seeing Stavros' brothers find their sjol kypher whether male or female. And hopefully putting them in their place as well that this modern world their mates can take of themselves. But a little pampering isn't so bad either.
This was another great book loved it and can't wait to read more of this series and I will be as soon as more comes out....
